Whether you use them to level the playing field or to increase the penalty for the next player, these features make each round exciting and unpredictable.

Learning how to play OPA! is a breeze. Each player starts with 8 cards, while the remaining cards form the "Draw Pile." The top card from this pile is flipped to create the "Discard Pile." On your turn, you must place a card on the Discard Pile that matches its color, number, or power. Drawing from the Draw Pile is necessary when you can't play a card. After your turn, the game continues with the next player.

It's essential to be aware of the stacking rule in OPA!. While +2 wild and +4 power cards can be played on top of each other to amplify the penalty for the next player, it's crucial to remember that you cannot play a +2 on a +4.

The ultimate goal in OPA! is to be the first player to get rid of all their cards. The game concludes when a player reaches a predetermined score.
